from SKETCH DESIGN to FINAL DESIGN

During the sketch design phase, the design will undergo the necessary adjustments, these arise from discussions with the client, we only stop when you are completely satisfied with the design.

With the preliminary design, the municipality can be informed about the plans and a preliminary consultation request will be used to test whether the building plan fits within the current zoning plan. Also, if applicable, the external appearance is assessed by the aesthetics committee. After the municipality has granted approval, the design is elaborated into the final design.
from TECHNOLOGY to PERMIT

After this last design phase, the structural engineer and the building physicist will elaborate the required data, resulting in the static calculations, building decree calculations, such as floor areas, living areas, ventilation, daylight and EPC calculations. With this data, the construction drawings (BE) are prepared for the environmental permit, such as the pile plan, foundation plan, sewerage plan, floor plans, facade views, sections and all required details to scale. The environmental permit application is submitted to the municipality.
BUILDING

SPECIFICATION
The building specification is a composite document in which, in addition to the technical specifications, the general provisions for the work are also recorded. By signing the contract, of which a building specification is part, the contractor declares to carry out the work in accordance with the requirements and specifications stated therein.

CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
We guide you in selecting suitable contractors, request quotes, compare the prices of the various contractors and arrive at a construction contract.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
A construction process is complex and not without risks. Strict supervision of a construction process requires a lot of time, knowledge, experience, attention and insight into all construction aspects. We supervise during construction, participate in construction meetings and deliver the work. As a client, you remain involved in the complete process!
