The studio was founded in 2011 by architect Ilse, with the goal of putting her passion into practice. Her expertise, attention to detail, listening skills, and creative spirit are what she is valued for.

Connection

The task of the architect does not consist solely of following the program of requirements and shaping formal appearances. For me, the user is central to the design. Architecture must make room for that which connects people!
Logic

A well-thought-out design is based on logic. Such a design is balanced, feels good and does not need to be explained. It is logical in functionality and aesthetics. It therefore has a certain simplicity, but is anything but simple. Logic goes hand in hand with precision and refined detailing.
Simplicity

Simplicity in architecture is a paradox, it is anything but simple. It is the ensemble of the right material, the appropriate colors and perfection in form. This refinement in detail makes a design of great quality. What appears simple to the eye proves in reality to be a great luxury and quality in architecture.

Biophilia

Vision

Biophilia defines the relationship with nature as a basic human need, daily contact with nature is essential for a vital living and working environment. Our vision is based on the theory of Biophilia, whereby the architectural design is a complement to the life of the user.
Sustainable architecture

Architecture based on Biophilia reduces stress, promotes cognitive functions and creativity and has a positive influence on our physical and mental condition. In addition, it strengthens the connection between people and place, whereby the user becomes attached to a space and cherishes it. The use is therefore endless and results in a lasting and thus sustainable architecture.
Luxury architecture

Biophilia literally means ‘Love of Life’. In our architecture this means more than just the direct visual connection with greenery, it is also about daylight, natural ventilation, temperature, sound, construction, material use, daily rhythm, seasons, color, reuse. Biophilic design is not a luxury, it is a necessity!
